Decisions

• Confirmed single-region-eu as the v2 launch posture.
• Audit log (audit-log-v2) shares the same data plane as routing v2 — no second bus.
• Hiring: 2 backend ICs to start in May; one focused on routing internals, one on audit/SSO.

Notes

• Devon raised concern that billing-migration freeze + routing v2 cutover would overlap on the same week. Followed up in 2026-04-22-q2-planning.
• No new project commitments out of this meeting.
